Please set your oven for about 25 degrees hotter than what is asked for on the recipe, then the baking time should be more accurate for your loaves. Please spray the baking cans with a nonstick vegetable oil spray so the loaves will release when finished. Fill the baking can to about 1/2 full to accommodate the expansion of the loaf upward.
