This is a really great pan! I love the high sides, and seamless handle mount. The tri-ply steel works perfectly on induction, and heats evenly. The handle feels solid and overall this pan has a good heft to it. Love this stainless steel pan! It's a great size, weight, evenly heats and really pretty good at being non-stick. Used only one time to make 2 yummy burgers. Only problem is the "yellow" residue that I can NOT scrub out. Used vinegar & baking soda, stainless steel scrubber, Eraser sponge. Guessing it's part of manufacturing process. Hope that wasn't a deliberate coating to help "non-stick" stainless steel?
