The K&H Extra-Wide Heated Outdoor Cat House for outside cats is excellent for use in barns, garages, porches, and anywhere your indoor/outdoor cat needs additional protection. This extra-wide version is perfect for multiple cats, large cats, or feral & stray cats that just need a little extra room. The K&H Outdoor Kitty Houses are made with heavy denier polyester that makes it water/weather resistant. The walls and roof are insulated to protect your kitty from the harmful elements of winter. The roof of the K&H Outdoor Kitty House hangs over the 2 doors to keep cats warm, safe and dry. The Outdoor Kitty House features two exits with removable clear plastic flaps so pets cannot be trapped by predators and still have sufficient protection. It's easy to assemble; with hook & loop fastener walls and an easy roof, no tools are required. It's no wonder this is a top-selling item!

Review: Great cat house for shed - This product is just as advertised if you take the time to read everything and it works great. I use this for my cat who stays in the shed with an outdoor enclosure attached to window. The shed isn't insulated but has cardboard on the walls with a heater running. It still gets pretty cold in there and I wanted to be sure she would be safe in the winter. I got this cat house to put in the shed and it works perfectly and she enjoys it. It heats well, if you lay your hand on it you can almost instantly feel the heat. I know with the weight of my cats entire body on that heating pad, she will definitely be feeling warm. Assembling it is super easy with Velcro and it's actually quite sturdy. You can remove the door flaps for the entre way by just detaching the Velcro which is convenient. I don't notice any air leaks in the house. As long as you properly line the Velcro pieces up evenly when assembling it, there isn't an issue with cold air entering from anywhere besides the entryway of course. There is a small portion of floor inside in front of the entre ways of the house that isn't heated but my cat doesn't seem to mind and it didn't keep her from getting on the large heating pad that was on the remainder of the house floor. This would not be a good house to put outside in your yard since it is not water proof or weather proof, it's sturdy but not sturdy enough to survive a harsh thunderstorm. But it does a great job in a garage or shed, keeping your cat warm and dry from any leaks your shed or garage may have. As long as the house is placed inside of something that already has a roof and some walls, it's perfect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and neither could my cat, it was just what I needed.

This product is just as advertised if you take the time to read everything and it works great. I use this for my cat who stays in the shed with an outdoor enclosure attached to window. The shed isn't insulated but has cardboard on the walls with a heater running. It still gets pretty cold in there and I wanted to be sure she would be safe in the winter. I got this cat house to put in the shed and it works perfectly and she enjoys it. It heats well, if you lay your hand on it you can almost instantly feel the heat. I know with the weight of my cats entire body on that heating pad, she will definitely be feeling warm. Assembling it is super easy with Velcro and it's actually quite sturdy. You can remove the door flaps for the entre way by just detaching the Velcro which is convenient. I don't notice any air leaks in the house. One of my cats absolutely loves this. I’ve been thinking of getting a 2nd one because he refuses to share! I like that the heating pad is only on one side so when he gets hot he can move over to the non heated side. It holds the heat in there surprisingly well. The roof is easy to pull off so you can get in there and clean it. And the roof is soft too, my cat loves to get on top of it and sleep too. Highly recommend for indoor or outdoor cats!
