I felt no difference whatsoever in my ability to concentrate and stay on task. Disappointing really. It's like swallowing pills of grass, they did absolutely nothing for me. This leads me to believe the caffeine in the caffeinated bottle is the main differentiator and if that is the case, just make yourself a cup of coffee.

Be careful, Alpha GPC can cause cardiovascular disease because it serves as a substrate for the synthesis of trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) in the gut, and TMAO is associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes in people with CVD and in mechanistic studies. A study was also conducted that showed that usage of alpha gpc for more than 12 months increased the risk of stroke over a 10 year period. Effectively you shouldn't take this supplement everyday and for long periods of time. If you need to take alpha gpc, take it separately and only occasionally when you really need to focus.
