**Q: Is this geared more for the brain VS the adrenals??**
A: I started taking this supplement because I was presenting as hypothyroid, high TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) on blood labs and all the signs of poor thyroid function: hair falling out, poor sleep, worn out, etc. I went on prescribed Armor thyroid and it made things worse, my feet felt like they were on fire, aka neuropathy. I had an acupuncturist who is also a nurse look at my labs and she was able to extract that it was actually my pituitary that needed support, not my thyroid. Western medicine knows very little about pituitary. She advised me to take this every morning. I've been taking it for about 9 years now, and my TSH (which doesn't come from your thyroid, it comes from your pituitary) is at a perfect "1", no more neuropathy, no hair falling out. Same is good for same, as the very old saying goes. Consuming pituitary is good for your pituitary, just like consuming collagen is good for your joints. Short answer... this has supported my adrenals. I don't notice a difference in brain function, but I've been taking it for so long it's possible it helps with that too.

**Q: Will this help me to sleep deeper and longer?**
A: Probably not.  It does help memory and processing.  For sleep try Vit. D melatonin and magnesium according to directions.
