I thought it was too watery and to artificially sweet. I decided to give it a chance. Although I did decid to try other brands as well. Happy Viking is the winner. I add a ripe banana, one scoop of oat powder, and two ice cubes. I mix with water. It mixes better than milk. I've been drinking this for breakfast for one week now, and in the evening I've been trying other brands for dinner, since lunch is my big meal. Happy Viking definitely tastes better, and after one week, mytastebuds have adapted tothe sweetness. I also use an app called Lose It! to track calories. I am down 2 lb in one week, and not feeling hungry at all. I recommend trying Happy Viking for a few days to a week before making a decision. They have a single serve pack with all eight flavors.
