The product smells pleasant enough (albeit somewhat old ladyish) which I suppose is as expected for most mousse. The hair was wet and then I applied the product as I braided the sections and then gave the final braids a topcoat of mousse as well for good measure. They let their hair air dry overnight. And the results were very successful and so unbelievably soft and voluminous! It shockingly was simple enough to brush/style and lasted for 4 days until they washed it with an expected fall off of fluffy volume over time, but the crimp texture remained in each strand until they washed their hair.
