These let me hear my surroundings, my caregiver and help me adjust to the world noise without being overstimulated into a meltdown!! I’m extremely grateful for these. I made it through a couple of hours at an aquarium. A miracle for me! I also bought adult small. They tend to back out during eating. I’m keeping both pairs.

The longest period of time she was able to wear it wear them was 20 minutes and she said she didn't notice any difference. What a waste of 40 bucks after tax.

These are great. I tried another style of plug from a different company that is made for sensory issues and it was too big to fit in my ears comfortably. So I thought I'd give this a shot for dampering too much auditory sensory input like at restaurants. Seems pretty good so far, just some noise dampened not all ofc. Comfortable for my tiny ears! In fact, just a smidge small for me, like they go in a tiny bit too far, but almost just right. Since they are made for kids I am happy they just about fit me.
