Are these hollow and open at the bottom so I can add sand and glue it shut???** A: No they do not open at the bottom...unless you recieve them broken and you add the sand...and glue it back! I like them but 5 out of the 12 was broken! **Q: Can I Recycle This?** A: Not sure, I give them away to recognize my team members when they excel. They display them at their desk.
