I'm a real tosser and turner and rolling on the pod pushes the cannula around making the stomach a little sorer, but at least it stays attached. I use skin tack with it as well, it sticks very well. I often lose a little skin when removing it, but these have been far above the rest for holding. I do wish they made these in a clear. The patch is pretty large. They are flexible and forgiving when installing. You can remove and readjust the patches to get them in the right spot. Once there, they stay put for the full 3 days - through activity, showers, etc. Removing them is very easy. I find after the shower is the best time to remove them.
