After a couple of hours I went to check the patches and the paint had now fully dried - I ran my hands through the lawn - and nothing came off on my hands. I walked on it - nothing came off on my shoes. Then the big test - the next morning I ran my sprinklers for 30 minutes - and NOTHING came off - the paint stayed on the grass.
