It is pH balanced and ideal for all skin types. It is unscented (though it has a faint smell, not unpleasant). The cream base is lightweight, white otherwise colorless. But this is an average formulated lotion and way overpriced for a 2.7oz plastic tube at $27 as of this review. It is mostly water and glycerin, very common, coupled with jojoba, again common, along with a brief list of complicated chemical names of things you find in most bland drugstore brand creams. No essential oils, added fragrances/perfumes, or dyes, which is great. As is, the lotion has good spreadability and absorption. Doesn't leave my combo-sensitive skin feeling greasy; a soft semi-matte finish. Can be used AM and PM. It is a no-frills lotion that anyone can use and glean the benefits of healing and maintaining a healthy skin barrier.
