Review: Used knife - I was sent a used knife. I am able to tell this by the packaging of the knife how they resealed the plastic at the bottom. Also, the edge of the knife blade is not uniform. It is not the original knife edge from the factory, it has been resharpened, so on close inspection the blade edge has definite irregularities to the cutting edge. I am very disappointed.
