For me a guy that is always looking for the best food option with less calories and more protein and fiber it does the job as a treat, dessert or just like a protein bar. You can't go wrong with a brownie that has less than 200 calories, nearly 20g of protein, very little sugar and made with almond and coconut flour. Comparing this to a regular brownie which will have double the calories, no protein whatsoever and contains mostly white flour and sugar. This brownie is a winner in my kitchen!
