Review: Works well... a bit too well? - This is actually a very potent supplement. It helps me sleep through the night without waking up at 4am. I have tried another brand in the past, that wasn't as effective as this one. But after using it for about a month, I started feeling too sluggish during the day... maybe because my body stopped producing enough cortisol. So I tried stopping it for 2 nights, the second, night I woke up again at 4am with cortisol. I feel that I now need a lower dose of this supplement. I was taking 1 capsule every evening, now maybe I'll take it every alternate day. I wish it came in a smaller dose so I could take it daily.
