Im 42 years old, been taking pre-workout for 20 years now and this Edge of insanity is up there with some of the best ones that you can’t get anymore. It gets me wired up with energy to power through my workout. Even on days that I feel I’m just dragging myself to gym, it gets me going. Make sure you follow the warning on the label and don’t take to soon before bed, because you’ll be up late. However ive found that if you take a half scoop on late workouts you can get to sleep. Dissolves good, taste is good, with no bitterness aftertaste like you can get with some other brands.
