Review: What a treat! - The dry cured olives from Marmarabirlik were unlike other black olives I’ve ever tried in the past. They’re as flavorful as they can be, and the olive oil renders naturally from the fruit on their own, almost as you would have from oil marinated canned goods. I’d have to recommend them to you as they have been to me. They’re umami morseled, a tad herbaceous, and they vessel age-fermented notes, slightly winey notes, I can’t better write into words but couldn’t be more glad I heeded unto. They’re truly delectable and a delight to have! What a treat!

**Q: How long is the shelve life if kept it unopen?**
A: Each package is stamped with a unique expiration date. For example I have some olives in the refrigerator that were produced 08/2020, and the expiration date is 02/2022. Mine has been opened because I am using them. I think if they are kept in the refrigerator they will keep quite a long time, but the expiration date in this case is approximately 18 months after production.

**Q: Is the packaging well sealed ? It's to cross the borders by plane**
A: It is well sealed and the taste is wonderful.  I have ordered several times with no issues.

**Q: Where is the expiration date?**
A: Probably under the box, but this product usually has a quiet long expiry date

**Q: Are these in oil, or are they packed dry?**
A: Great question!
