I love, love the herbal lavender scent, and how soft this one is. It really is like a baby's blanket. The only criticism I have is that the elastic band that's supposed to help hold it on doesn't work so well. When I'm wearing it and bend over to pick something up, it slips off pretty easy. I don't mind this, though, because I didn't really anticipate doing a lot of physical activity while I wore it. You could tie the ends around if you really need it to stay in place. All-in-all, this is probably the best version of an herbal neck wrap I've found so far. I have fibromyalgia an I often have muscle and joint pain. This wrap can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the fridge or freezer depending on which you need. I love that the wrap is nice and long, I can really put it just about anywhere I need it, in on the small of my back if i hold it in place while i lean back. The material is super soft like a minky baby blanket. The color of mine is a beautiful muted lavender. Everything about this wrap just welcomes relaxation and comfort. I may have to hide it from my husband or buy him his own. I did note that you can not wash this, at all, it must be spot cleaned only.
