Does it contain gram positive cocci, gram negative bacilli and spirochetes?** A: The selection of 60pcs and 120pcs both contains the 3 types of bacterial smears (the No. 3 of 60pcs and the No. 38 of 120pcs). The cover slip precludes the use of my most powerful lens. Some are too large a specimen for a microscope, more useful for a hand lens. Many of the "thin slices" are damaged, but still useable.
