Review: Works great! - I don't leave many reviews for items I've purchased, but I thought this item deserves one. I've been working out with this bar and bands for about two months now. I bought a plastic exercise step separately to use as a foot base. I was hoping to mimic the X3 Bar and I feel this set would be just as good and a lot cheaper. I bought the longest bar, it has three sections, but you can shorten it to just the two sections if you want a shorter bar. It's well made and seems solid. I lot of people complain about the carabiners that come with it, but I've found they are pretty quick after getting used to them. The bands seem well made as well and I've had no issues with them. I don't use the carring case, but it's well made. I don't use the handles either, but again, they appear well made. If you add a foot base to this purchase, I think you'll have one good setup to start performing the X3 workout. Good luck!

I pondered buying this for a longgg time. The most worth every penny thing I’ve ever got, ever. Collapses into a small little hand bag and goes all over the country with me! Suuuper high quality and durable. You can do every exercise imaginable. I put it together once and lean it right in the corner. Just randomly bang out sets when I walk by it.

Great quality so far, had them about 2 weeks ago. The bar is easy to assemble and break down. The bands seem to be well made. The bag is constructed well and convenient for storage.
