Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Learning curve but worth it *by M***N on 27 August 2024* I kept seeing people speak of a learning curve. As a college grad I thought "oh please, how hard can it be?!?" I laugh now because I've already cried. First off, I love this product, even after normal new user issues. Finding your fold type then figuring out if you should stand, sit or squat.. Hilarious journey and I recommend a modified sumo pose personally. Don't hover over the toilet or sit; the origami folded mentrual cup WILL find a way to explode out of your hand and plop into the bowl. Do take the quiz on the website for sizing it is helpful. However, it recommends a large even of you HAVE NOT given birth vaginally. With this I will say I found the large too large even with my extra heavy flow. The cup felt like a cork plug, can sit very uncomfortably, and hurt with removal. As it was the wrong size it couldn't suction to create the impenetrable barrier and I would leak like crazy. After going down 1 size I went from a 0% "installation" success rate to a solid 90% first try and little to no leaking. Good luck and remember this is the healthier option for our bodies so the initial frustrations will be worth it.
