If it says your unable to redeem them, it's because those redeem codes are region locked. In order to redeem them, you need to create another Nintendo account with the correct Region. Here's what I did. 1) Create new Nintendo account. 2) Select one of the Asian Regions for this account. I selected Japan, knowing that's gotta work. 3) Go back to your switch, link this new account to it. 4) Now goto the EShop with this new account. It's going swap you over to the Japanese language. 5) Go down to where Redeem Codes would be (it's going to be in Japanese but everything is in the same order). 6) Start entering your codes and you'll redeem your DLC content. When you're done, just start your game with your main Account and the DLC side stories will show up as you progress through the game. You don't need to touch your Japan Region account again.
