The treats are extremely dry and hard, to the point that our dog will not eat them. There is also a noticeable white film on the surface, which makes them look old or spoiled. Several months ago, we ordered five bags and ended up throwing all of them in the trash due to their poor condition. Recently, my wife ordered just one bag to see if the quality had improved. Sadly, it had not. The same dryness and white residue were present again. Our dog loves sweet potato treats, and years ago, these used to be soft and fresh. That is no longer the case.
