Malvani Masala is used commonly in coastal cuisine, along the Konkan, Goan & Maharashtrian belt. Although used mainly for non-vegetarian recipes, it also works well with certain vegetable dishes like Veg Kolhapuri also can be added to curries & other vegetable dishes. While the preparation of masalas, the hygiene of the entire storeroom, is also maintained on a regular basis by our operators to ensure the safety of our customers. All our spices are made without using any added preservatives or additional colour How to Make Spicy Malvani Chicken Curry Grind dry coconut, vertically chopped onion and coconut together and grind finely. In a thick bowl, fry coconut oil and fry onion in it. With GW Khamkar Special Malvani Masala, chop half of dry and wet coconut pieces of chicken and fry these pieces in the above pan. Then add 5 to 6 cups of hot water and cover tightly and cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir constantly. When cooked, add dry and wet coconut and salt Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add hot water and salt again as required or to increase. Add a cup of coconut juice if you like. Add chopped cilantro.
