All of the water lily pads and lotus are made of high quality foam material. **Q: The "directions" say add weights to the bottom. What do you use for weights?** A: A fishing anchor, fishing weight, small heavy washer, stone and something heavy are all perfect for weights. **Q: Do all pieces come with hooks for weights? Only the flower pieces I got had hooks. I've contacted the seller.** A: Same here, but I used some thin craft wire and buttons to add a little weight to the pads. Button on top and button underneath with wire poked through the pad to tie the two buttons together. We have some fierce winds up here so I added a few more buttons underneath to both the pads and flowers.
