Furthermore the mandrel listed on the listing presumably fits this grinder but it doesn't. Don't order it. Save the 8 bucks. **Q: Can I cutt rusted 10mm bolt?** A: Sure but if that's all your cutting look into some bolt cutters. This thing will cut most anything. **Q: I have window guards installed with safety screws and there is no way of unscrewing those. Will I be able to cut off window guards with this tool?** A: This gadget cut through 1/2 inch re-bar very easily. The question back to you is the space between the bars and being able to maneuver the gadget to cut the bars. You will still have the remaining screws still attached. I have larger hands and so this tool fits my hands perfectly. If you have smaller hands you might feel uncomfortable using this cutoff tool. Second people are complaining about the included cutoff wheel breaking when using it. This is not a durable wheel and you can't put a lot of force on it. ALL cutoff wheels will break eventually and these aren't made for hard metals like steel and bronze. If you're using them for that purpose it will shatter very quickly. The value for money is excellent but too many people are focused on the included wheel instead of the actual tool in their reviews. It is HIGHLY functional and does exactly what it's designed to do. Cut things like screws, bolts, etc. It is very easy to use and change out the wheels. I even use a wire wheel to help strip paint and remove rust. The guard it good but could be a little more robust and the on/off switch needs to have a non locking setting for better safety.
