**Q: I am replacing a powerstar bosch ae115.  is the 17.2kw of this make/model, which is shown as a replacement for the ae115, easily swapped out?**
A: Yes, the WH17 is the current model that replaces the older AE115 model.
The pipe connections are very slightly moved, but electrical requirements and pipe connection diameters are the same.
Easy swap.

**Q: can hot water go in cold feed side. my house heater heats my water but runs out after a minute**
A: No, The Bosch Tronic 6000C WH27 is a whole house electric tankless and you would not need to feed it preheated water.  If you want to do that then you would want to go with one of the mini tank heaters like the Bosch Tronic 3000T ES4.  Globaltowne is an Authorized Bosch Distributor.

A: It's not gallons doesn't hold water it heats it as it flows

Relatively easy installation as a replacement. During an initial installation you must insure that you have adequate power to the breaker box and then run 3 separate 8 gauge cables to the tankless water heater.
