Or a section of the screws are missing? The screws all came on one card board sheet with plastic shrink wrapped onto the cardboard. The plastic held the screws in place on the board. Either way maybe contacting the seller for the missing screws, or you can buy the same ones at a hardware store if you are in a hurry and know which ones are missing, perhaps based on the instructions. **Q: Is this pull up bad water resistant for outside ?** A: I don’t think y can leave it out for a long time .
