What is the code to open the lock?** A: Mine arrived locked too, I tried everything to open. Eventually after starting at 000, 629 tries at the combination later it finally popped open. They say the checked bag should be 62” and this is 65”** A: I got the 24 inch and measured it and found out that the dimensions here on Amazon as well as on the Samsonite website isn't accurate. The 24 inches was supposed to be 60.9 linear inches according to Samsonite website, but I measured it and it was just 57.5 inches. When expanded, it was 59 inches. So I returned it and now thinking if I should just get the 28 inches. **Q: How I unlock it if forgot password??** A: Only issue with suitcase was no instructions on setting combo. I used compression bags and was able to get more in the luggage. The thing I had to watch was the weight. I wanted the TSA locko and combination code, so this was the perfect answer. The only negative is that the large luggage weighs almost 10 pounds which leaves only 40 pounds of clothes etc., and when going to a colder climate, weigh plays major factor when packing.
