Still worth some money. I would get the real Seiko band for this. The Narako band will work. you just have to measure the Lug size. If I remember right it was 22mm but that was a long time ago. This comes in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm or 24mm. Because I dive several time a week I go through a number of this type of watch band so this is quite a savings. I looks and wears just like the Seiko. Have had no problems. Of Note when I had this watch in the 70s and needed any work done I had to send it back to Japan to guarantee it was still water proof But of course that was in the 70s and 80s. Seiko now have repair shops here in the US. A used 6309-7290 watch will cost as little as $200 up to $900 so take car of it. **Q: Can anyone who has bought this wristband comment after months of use? is it still holding up well? happy with the band? i have an old seiko.** A: Its made cheap. For your seiko, look for the band by "mod watch" they have the skx style & the turtle. Its Excellent!! $20 but so worth it.
