## Questions & Answers

**Q: How far can ends of pipe be inserted into this coupling?  That is, can I use it to provide access to replace valves in straight line pipe run?**
A: Yes I think an 1" to an 1  1/2

**Q: Can this be used  aluminum AC lines ?**
A: Not if the ac lines are pressurized with freon

i had to completely tighten both ends to stop leakage which was problematic given the location of the coupling, but once done, i've had no leakage.addendum:  it just sprang a major leak.  i still have to dig it out completely to see how it failed.
