Review: Buen producto de calidad - Buen producto, la funda le va muy bien, y me ha durado bastante, la correa para cargarlo es buena y su calidad también. Mantiene lo mejor posible la temperatura del agua la mantiene bien, en lugares cerrados se mantiene a temperatura óptima, en exteriores queda un poco tibia pero no en exceso, debe ser algo inevitable, es bueno que tenga otra tapa de repuesto ya que la de la boquilla se mal logro después de 4 años posiblemente, ahora solo me queda la otra tapa. Y recientemente a mi mamá le compré de la misma marca otro termo, y también le gustó mucho.

**Q: The adjustable strap, straws and straw brush are missing from my order. How can I get them?**
A: I thought mine were missing, too, but then I found them inside of the water bottle. The 2 straws, straw cleaner and strap for the carrier were all inside.

**Q: Can I get replacement caps for it?**
A: Yes, search Buzio Replacement Accessories! You get a cap, 2 straws, and a straw cleaner for $14.99 plus tax if applicable! I just went ahead and paid the extra $20 and upgraded to the 64 oz! I love Buzio!

Buen producto, la funda le va muy bien, y me ha durado bastante, la correa para cargarlo es buena y su calidad también. This is great quality for the price, the xtras that come with it are a great addition, so far using this in the tropics (North Aus) ice stays solid all day in there. It even kept water cold overnight for the next day but the ice had melted. It won't do 3 or 4 days like some $100+ bottles but it's unreal for the price.
