As mentioned by other reviews, getting the factory bolts off is extremely difficult. I could not do it. My mechanic was nice enough to remove the last 3 bolts I could not remove. He used an impact wrench. It is not just that they are so tight and have the locking paste, but that it is difficult to get access and leverage. It took about an hour to do the install, and it made a huge difference on the comfort of the back seat. It tilts the entire seat back so that you're not setting straight up. There are several install videos on YouTube, the only thing I did differently was put a few drops of lubricant on the 3 bolts that you reuse. I am a real person with a 2012 JKU, paid a little less than $30, and only wrote this review because it's $30 well spent.
