no, the NM-i17xx-MP78 (chromax.black) kit is only compatible with our U- or L-series. For the NH-D15 you will need to get the NM-i17xx-MP83 (chromax.black) kit.

unfortunately not as this mounting kit is especially designed for Noctua coolers only.
