My plantar fascitis was making its presence known. The pain was becoming sharp, piercing, and throbbing. I really didnt feel like going to the doctor, so I settled for my own preventative measures. I was icing, massaging, and stretching my feet, calves, and hammies. The goal for me was to have a product that gave my feet enough compression to possibly lessen the heel pain. I was skeptical of this product, but now, I'm a believer. I ran/walked 2 miles wearing this product with no heel pain after the run. What a wonderful experience!! These heel spurs mold to your feet, while staying hidden. I wear the heel spur pads over my compression socks, then use regular socks. The pain in my heel has decreased dramatically.
