The Culture Butcher 10" knife made easy work of those huge pieces of Beef! Extremely sharp (so mind your fingers!). I've cut up four roasts so far and have only used my honing tool.

It worked great breaking down the pork shoulder I did. It cut easy and gore a light blade didn't take much effort. I like the saber design. I thought it would be a little long for what I was doing but it worked out perfectly. I was really impressed with the initial quality and was a great value at the price I got it. It remains to be seen how long the edge lasts and how it sharpens, but right now I am very happy.

It came well packaged and was super sharp. The handle is bigger than the other kitchen knives I have which for me was great. The blade is thin and a little flexible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loving my knife

Im giving five stars because I’ve had it for two days and I loved it since the moment I took it out of the box. I hope this hype lasts for the time I use this product. It feels sturdy, balanced, well done and it’s very sharp. I used it for the first time to cut a picanha roast and it went through the meat like butter, few strokes and light pressure get the job done. I was doubtful in getting this brand because despite having great reviews anywhere, some of the worst said it was like getting a “fancy”, overpriced Chinese knife and it may be true, however I decided to risk it and buy it to get a good quality tool. As I said before I hope the hype remains for the time I use it (and I expect to have it for some time) and as a home cook, I highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a butcher knife.
