Great value, quality and fit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended, but find solution for uncomfortable material against the skin *by M***. on April 2, 2018* Product seems to be better quality than the one provided by my insurance company. Foam is very firm. Caution: the material is extremely itchy (although the other company's is irritating as well). After suffering for about an hour and a half I solved the problem by wrapping a pillow case around the collar. Now I am able to wear comfortably from when I get home in the evening through until the morning when I wake up. The cover is not removable and product is not machine washable, so I don't see a way to try to soften the irritation through washing. I don't want to get the foam wet even though it says you can. I wasn't sure how to measure and the 4" seems like it may be too high for me. I loosened it up a bit to put my chin down more. But my other collar is 3" which isn't high enough to do a lot, so maybe a 3-1/2" would have been perfect. I am 5'8". I have been wearing every day for about a week. I recommend if you are looking for firm neck support.
