I've been through several impulse sealers and a lot of them were just junk. Don't waste your money on sub-standard sealers, this is the way to go!I've sealed hundreds of bags for mushroom cultivation and have never had an issue. So glad I decided to spend the money and do it right.

I put away my food saver and replaced it with this impulse sealer. I use it almost every day. Seal chip bags, rice bags, Frozen Vegies or any kind of bag. I frequently seal food in bags rather than containers. Leftovers and weekend food cooking binges are easily sealed up and stored for refrigerator or freezer. Been using it since March 2014. No issues. Love it.
