Review: Great fit for Kids with inserts. - These shoes were great. One of the few shoes that we found that would fit an insert inside the shoe and stay on. The zipper was a life saver early on to get the shoes on quick with the insert inside. Size was spot on and had no issues there when it came to ordering. They were a little on the bulky size for our kiddo at first but once he got used to them it was no big deal. The support of the higher top definitely helped his stability while walking and eventually running.
Review: Must have for AFO's - Billy shoes are the best for kiddos who have to wear AFO's. These are cute, durable and functional. I did have to buy 2 sizes larger than what she normally would wear because the AFO's are so large. I love that the insert comes out and that it can easily be slipped back in. For kiddo's who wear braces Billy shoes are the way to go!

A: We went 2 sizes up and it worked better for us, but one size up would have worked as well.

A: Whatever size you are currently using to accommodate your child’s braces. If you are not using shoes right now, take the braces to Walmart or somewhere and see what size is needed for the fit. These are awesome shoes fir kids with braces 👍. This is what we use for my son and they are super easy. Highly recommend.
