Its advanced protection formula prevents rapid re-soiling, making it the go-to choice for professional-grade automotive interior care since 1968. ## Description POL STAR Textile, Leather, and Suede Cleaner. POL STAR is an effective neutral cleaner with a protection formula for leather, suede, microsuede, and textiles such as upholstery and carpets. The dirt is removed from deep in the fibers by fine-pored foam lamellas and can be wiped up with a wet/dry vacuum cleaner or a damp microfiber cloth. Does not leave any water marks and preserves the original waterproofing. The conserver protects the parts against becoming dirty again quickly. Areas Of Use: Leather, suede, microsuede, and textiles, etc. Recommendations For Use: Depending on the dirt accumulation, apply a 1:5 to 1:20 solution with a spray bottle, microfiber mitt, or similar and allow it to react for a short time. Work in carefully with a sponge or microfiber cloth in the direction of the main fibers. Wipe up product residues and foam with a damp cloth or a wet/dry vacuum cleaner. For use in spray extraction and other carpet/upholstery cleaners, we recommend the addition of Kocentschäumer defoaming agent. Warnings: Before using, check color-fastness and material compatibility. Review: Excellent on leather seats and very economical - We bought a 2018 Pajero with light neigh leather seats. The seats were filthy. We took the car to a professional retailer and the seats came back still embedded with grime. I cleaned the seats with Pol Star on the strongest dilution and the difference was immediately very obvious. I also cleaned stains on the ceiling of the car and it worked very well. Best of all is I used only half a bottle to do the full 7 seats, front and back, the door panels, the cargo space, and the ceiling. For heavily soiled mats GS diluted 5:1 would also be a good option **Q: Is this safe to use on red alcantara?** A: Yes, pol Star is safe for leather, alcantara and textiles. **Q: When will gallons be here?** A: You'll have to ask the supplier, **Q: will this work on NuLuxe (Lexus synthetic leather?)** A: I’ve used Pol Star on faux and vegan leather with success. I would start with a mild dilution and add if heavily soiled. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent on leather seats and very economical *by N***S on 12 May 2026* We bought a 2018 Pajero with light neigh leather seats. The seats were filthy. We took the car to a professional retailer and the seats came back still embedded with grime. I cleaned the seats with Pol Star on the strongest dilution and the difference was immediately very obvious. I also cleaned stains on the ceiling of the car and it worked very well. Alcantara Clean, Not damaged (no fading, no streaks, no foul smells)... *by M***E on 15 September 2022* The Pro's: + This stuff works, cleans Alcantara (cleaned head liner, A pillars, B pillars, C pillars, and door panels) + Leaves a very neutral light scent (my ratio was 1:250 using filtered water 0% minerals - reverse osmosis) + Knock off Tornador did not function (planned on using that to spray and work into alcantara), so used a pressured pump spray dispenser along with detail brush and horse hair brush. The product foams up well when applying friction with brush. + I also used it's gentle but effective nature to clean leather steering wheel, and it worked wonders. Cleaned and left a non-sticky, shine free clean (you know leather is dirty when there are "hot spots" of shininess to the leather areas). The Con: - it's expensive Summary: This is an outstanding product that was effective in cleaning alcantara (my application Cadillac ELR - entire head liner, A - B - C pillars, small areas on door panels) and I would use it to clean leather (if you have a High Quality Leather that is not synthetic or highly processed, which are more delicate by nature). The product was used slightly under the recommended ratio of 1:5 as I feared it might be too aggressive in nature given that my interior was not heavily soiled. I had no stains on the Alcantara, but I did have an annoying hint of (vapor cigarette) of a cheap sweet vapor cigarette odor, which the Pol Star knocked right out. This product is safe to use on high quality (i.e. rolls royce type leather) leather. ## Frequently Bought Together - Koch-Chemie - Pol Star - Textile, Leather & Alcantara Cleaner; Natural Cleaner, Protection Formula; No Water Marks (1 Liter) - KOCHCHEMIE Green Star - Highly Concentrated Universal Cleaner; NTA, Phosphate, and Solvent Free, Clean Auto Interiors and Exteriors, Engines, Commercial, Home, and Industrial Use (1 Liter) - Koch-Chemie - Leather Star - Deep Cleaner for Leather; Revitalizes, Preserves, and Protects; Pleasant Fragrance, Color Intensifying Appearance, Supple Soft Feel; Non-Slippery Formula (1 Liter) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/379936384-kochchemie-pol-star-neutral-leather-suede-and-upholstery-cleaner-33](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/379936384-kochchemie-pol-star-neutral-leather-suede-and-upholstery-cleaner-33) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
