M tank does not fill all room, so might slide over and fit. Don't know the B tank--if no more than couple inches around you may be able to fit it in. All i know is the M2 works great--hands free and does not get in the way. Best of luck. **Q: Do I have to wear the chest strap?** A: No, but the adjustable chest strap does stabilize the weight of the tank. Over used it both with and without the chest strap and much prefer using the strap. Adjustable straps and padded for comfort and could also be good just as a small rucksack ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, durable and stylish backpack for portable tank *by M***. on 4 October 2021* I looked for awhile before settling on this backpack and I have to say I chose well. Its got a nice shape, fits well in the small of my wife's back and is a slim design. Red colour is a nice touch. I was worried it wouldn't ventilate enough but it is has several holes that work well for that. It's got a velcro strap that wraps around the tank and secures it. A plastic bottom provides support for the tank and the bottom of the pack has four plastic "nibs" as feet to allow it to stand up, although that depends really on how well you balance the tank We've had it for months and it performs perfectly.
