I bought this as a stocking stuffer for someone but ended up getting them something else so I kept it and used it. I’m so glad I did.I’ve tried many gother products but this one works best …Especially for the price. There’s not a high level of lathering so it doesn’t dry out my scalp or hair with daily washes. The conditioner is really great in that it softens my hair without making it limp. I don’t have to use a tremendous amount of the product to wash or condition my hair so that really makes these little bottles go a very long way.I also use the silk therapy oil when I’m going to style heavily. I use about a quarter size on my long hair on the middle to the ends of my strands. It works to keep my hair smooth and shiny and protects my hair really well against humidity and the heat of my curling iron.My hairdresser has commented on the improved health of my scalp and hair since I started using Biosilk. He was recommending I stop washing daily and only wash every 2 to 3 days. The thing is I like my hair to be clean. I live in a hot, humid area so skipping washes is just gross. With this shampoo and conditioner I can wash my hair every single day and have perfect, soft, shiny hair and healthy scalp using very little product.As an added bonus, it smells heavenly.
