**Q: How I contact the seller?  It broke in 6 weeks.**
A: I had the same problem, I had no luck finding the number or email for the manufacturer.

**Q: Does this product come with a warranty?**
A: No warranty and will probably last a year as it is in full sun all day.

**Q: Do you provide your own posts?**
A: Yes you have to get deck posts so they don’t bend or break and cement them in the ground.

**Q: Dose it come in 14x24?**
A: It does come in a lot of sizes. I don't know if 14x24. They also have a lot of different colors. I've had ours about 8 months and it's doing well.  The hurricane will be here this weekend or Monday, we'll see how it goes.

Reinforcements for the mounting rings failed at the end of second season. Up for 2 months the first time and 6 months the next time. Fabric itself still good. Had to tighten up once a month as the fabric never stopped stretching and sagging. Purchased August 2019.
