I did notice the boards for the seat have holes in them already which kinda helped me figure out how to assemble. Once you get the idea of it and figure it out it’s pretty smooth sailing from here. Originally one of the pieces for the canopy snapped because it had a knot in the middle and was weak. Customer service was great, I asked for a new piece and they ended up sending me a whole new sandbox.
