Review: All one big book. - Very nice. Well done. I expected this to be eight individual books, but it is one large volume with all of the texts and illustrations bound together. It's very well done, just not quite what I expected. But that's in me, I didn't read the description carefully enough. Anyway, the illustrations are lquite large and nice. Great for reading along with a child. Ungerer is one of my favorite author/illustrators, and it's nice and convenient to have all the stories together.

Ungerer is a master of children's literature, his works are perhaps not so well known as other authors but the quality of the illustrations and narrative are simply mind blowing. Very nice. Well done. I expected this to be eight individual books, but it is one large volume with all of the texts and illustrations bound together. Some of the stories in this book were ok the rest were not great, couldn’t justify keeping it for mediocre stories.
