I have tried other large variety packs before, enjoying the savings, but I must say that this one is on the top of the list. The flavor is really quite nice, and we had no issues with cups not performing correctly. I have 2 things I would change: get rid of the Pumpkin Spice flavor (I find that to be vile in general, not just due to this brand), and provide a greater quantity of the other flavors, as they are quite nice and are a good change from the other more typical varieties.My household has already purchased this pack several times and will no doubt continue to do so. Bought my wife a new K-cup brewer, and saw these for a wonderful price. The variety is great, the flavor is great. Delivery was great. Like I said, new to the K-cup so I don't know how normal this issue is. The only issue we have had is some of the cups open during brewing making one hell of a mess. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was our machine. We bought several smaller boxes of other brands from local retailers and didn't have a single issue with any of them. My wife said she emailed them about the issue and they said they could offer us a discount of future purchases but we have yet to use all of these so I don't know what that will be yet. It is not a certain flavor that has the issue nor is it that common really.
