Given what it is, it obvi. has stains/marks on the surface but they won’t come out w/ wipes or spray** A: I take the cover off and put it in the wash on cold/gentle, then dry it on low. It says babies up to 12 months but I put my toddler on it in a pinch and he’s 38 lbs and the changing table didn’t seem to notice. **Q: can it go in the washer & dryer?** A: The material it is made of could easily be cleaned with a soapy rag if needed, and allowed to air dry.
