Remove the screw/pin by first taking off the c-clip (very small don't loose it) and then unscrewing the allen pin. Then simply pull up on the brake pads and they should slide out. Putting in the new ones though require you to push in the cylinders to flat in order for the brake pads to slide in. Use a flat metal tool of your choice to carefully push the cylinder(s) flat. Once flat, insert the pads and replace the pin. For the rear, I found it easier to remove the brake unit (2 screws). It was just easier to handle for me. Whole thing should only take you 15-20 minutes. If it is taking longer, you are probably doing something wrong or there is some other problem to solve.
