Then I got an email saying I needed to send the old one back, no need to print a label , which I confirmed by email... collection day arrives and they wouldn't take it because it didn't have a label on! Finally I get it collected again and they send me out the wrong item as a replacement! Then I have to wait for that to be collected before they will send out the correct item... my husband was 3wks without an angle grinder which he needs for work... not good enough!
