**Q: Is an actual butler included, or will they nickel-and-dime me to include one of those well groomed, Earl Grey guzzlin’ guys?**
A: Records include edges for free! Worthless product

**Q: Does it slide easily under the record when lifting it off the turntable mat?  There's no mat on the turntable in the video.**
A: The fleece side slides under most vinyl records very easily. Like in the video, I also don't use turntable mats on either of my tables and don't have any issues getting the end under the record. I'm guessing that a turntable mat might get in the way and get picked up along with the record..

**Q: Is the record butler washable? after cleaning a few lp's, seems like the dust/dirt collected on the record butler could cause damage to future vinyl.**
A: The RecordButler cannot be washed. Records that are too dirty should be cleaned first with a proper velvet or carbon fiber brush.  Limit the RecordButler to general handling and light dusting jobs.

I heard to not handle your vinyl with your hands as it can get grease on your vinyl and affect it overtime. So I bought these after hearing positive feedback and want to provide my feedback to support those other reviews. Highly recommend these if you do not have any soft fleece cloth laying around!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must Have for Any Vinyl Lover

I take meticulous care of my records. Not only because I want to get the best sound quality from my albums, but also because I want to maintain the integrity of my stylus and extend its lifetime. No matter how hard I tried to handle my albums with care, I would still occasionally get smudges and fingerprints on them. I have also almost dropped a few records while trying to "carefully" slip them into their sleeves. I tried using gloves which proved too inconvenient and soft cloths which proved too clumsy. That's when I found the Record Butler. It may be nothing more than a $4.50 (2 for $9) piece of felt lined cardboard, but it's just about the best $9 I've spent on Amazon. I keep it next to my turntable all the time. Now I can pick up and re-sleeve albums with care and ease. I liked mine so much that I gave the second one to my father. He is, after all, the one who got me into vinyl in the first place.

A VERY SIMPLE, RELATIVELY NEW PRODUCT, THAT WORKS WELL ON LP'S and goes a long way to cutting down the kind of mild damage that can be easily removed with a little TLC. They do take a little getting used to when you are first beginning to use the BUTLER, but you catch on to using these grips quickly and before long you are handling LPs without leaving any kind of tracks behind you at all.
